Goals.

BASE life science, a forward-thinking consultancy began simplifying processes for companies across Denmark within the life science industry. They later expanded globally to also serve companies across Denmark, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, France, United Kingdom, and Germany. The impressive success of the business has led to the workforce increasing from 40 people to 200 in under 2 years, helping more businesses optimise their technology and business processes.  

Approach.

On the journey to increase internal capacity, BASE worked with Venquis to onboard hard to find skillsets, that were required for their ambitious growth plans. These skillsets include Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Veeva Vault specialists across all junior to senior levels. To achieve this, Venquis placed a project team immediately using our agile talent delivery model.

Results.

Venquis supported BASE to build out its Denmark, UK and Spain offices and successfully reduced hiring time by 1 month. Over 18 specialists have been placed by Venquis, which have played an integral part in the business growth, allowing them to win more projects. The relationship began with BASE in 2020 and we look forward to a long-term partnership.
