Are you an experienced leader with a background in financial services consulting?
You will take on an exciting hybrid position, combing the management of a team of 15+ employees, delivering on client project engagements, as well as taking on business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Establish of a new consulting team and look after continuous development as well as resource management
- Recognise new business potential at new and existing client
- Hire, further develop and retain your team of experts
- Lead project engagements within the banking sector in the areas of digital transformation, process optimisation at the interface to technology
- Expand customer relationships in which you are operationally involved
Role Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years experience within the financial services sector (ideally within a consulting company)
- Completed studies and / or banking training with additional qualification
- Strong understanding of the banking sector (payments, securities, loans), as well as in the leadership of teams
- Previous experience in creating client proposals and offers
- Willingness to travel when required
- Business fluent German language skills (minimum C1)
