Veeva Vault Implementation Specialist

Epista are a Veeva Preferred Service Partner and are looking for new colleagues to meet the booming growth in demand for Veeva specialist competencies. They are looking for their next Veeva Vault Specialist – so get in touch, we want to hear from you.

As a part of thier highly skilled Veeva Implementation team, you’ll help clients configure and roll-out their Veeva Vault platforms. You’ll have a specific focus on the following Vaults:

Quality: QualityDocs, QMS
Training
Regulatory: Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Registration
Clinical: eTMF and CTMS

Safety

Due to the diversity of tasks, you will master many different competencies, including technical skills, regulatory knowledge, and validation/compliance expertise. You’ll develop a deep understanding of the platform and the companies you work with since you’ll be in direct contact with line of business (including business owners). They make a difference for businesses, and make sure companies GO LIVE with a system that supports their daily operations. Epista enable them to operate more efficiently and create better results for patients around the world.

Your Qualifications

  • You have at least 2 years of experience with Veeva Vault and other Life Science data and content management platforms
  • You have experience with either Veeva Quality, Regulatory, Clinical and/or Safety.
  • You have regulatory experience
  • You are driven, result-oriented, and ambitious
  • Preferable: You have completed the Veeva Platform System Administrator training

As an Epista Veeva specialist, you’ll be working at the intersection of business, compliance, and IT and will be a crucial part of their implementation projects. Much of your time will be spent with clients – international pharma and fast-growing biotech companies.

As part of the highly skilled Epista project team, you might:

  • Lead Business Process Analyses to clarify business needs before starting up a new Veeva implementation project (“Phase 0”)
  • Guide customers through complex configuration decisions by facilitating structured offline working sessions, challenging the status quo, and advising on best practices
  • Act as interface to the assigned Veeva configuration consultants and ensure all business needs are met
  • Document Configuration Decisions and support their Validation team with Configuration Verification and Testing activities
  • Create end user training material and step-by-step descriptions (Work Instruction, Job Aids, Help Sheets, etc.) to increase end user adoption
  • Moderate training sessions and guided system walk-throughs with end users to ensure a smooth transition into the operative phase
  • Organise project knowledge handover to the Managed Operations and Support teams and support them, as well as your key user group, during the subsequent Hypercare Phase.
