Veeva Vault Managed Operations Specialist

The Veeva Vault Managed Operations Specialist position in Sweden at Epista Life Science involves assisting clients in operating and enhancing their Veeva Vault platforms, focusing on the Veeva Development Cloud Vaults. The successful candidate will be part of the Managed Operations team and will work with various international Life Science companies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing user access and handling incident/ticket management
  • Dealing with both simple and complex (non-standard) changes in change management.
  • Overseeing the release management process for the three annual releases from Veeva
  • Facilitating document/data migration
  • Conducting periodic reviews
  • Demonstrating expertise in technical skills, regulatory knowledge, and validation/compliance
  • Developing a deep understanding of the Veeva Vault platform and establishing direct contact with line of business
  • Collaborating with business owners and being actively involved in system operations.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience with Veeva Vault and other Life Science data and content management platforms
  • Experience in Veeva Quality, RIM, eTMF, and/or Safety
  • Regulatory experience
  • Completion of Veeva Platform Configuration Trainings
  • Trustworthiness, situational awareness, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with different personalities
  • Drive, results-orientation, and ambition.
  • Ability to work independently and organise their workday efficiently.

As an Epista Veeva Managed Operations consultant, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in assisting clients in maintaining their systems post GO-LIVE. They will work closely with international pharmaceutical and rapidly growing biotech companies. Responsibilities may include conducting business process analyses, guiding customers through complex configuration decisions, acting as a liaison with Veeva Customer Success Managers, documenting configuration decisions, supporting configuration verification and testing activities, providing information and advice on upcoming features, creating training material, moderating training sessions, participating in implementation projects as a technical subject matter expert, and facilitating knowledge transfer during the Hypercare Phase.
