About the role
This role will be part of 1ovmany’s growing Operations and Product team based in a fun and lively London office. You will work alongside the Operational Support and Digital Growth folk to create amazing customer experiences.
This is a perfect time to join the company as it grows and begins to formalise its customer experiences, creating the supporting capabilities and processes to scale and grow with future clients.
You will be helping the Operation and Digital team with requirements and improvements in how they engage with customers across all digital touch points. You will then be using the services and tools to engage with inbound and outbound client development opportunities. A key part of success in this role will be your ability to use modern digital tools and services to engage with customers in a modern and proactive manner, ultimately creating customer sales and ongoing customer opportunities.
You must be comfortable in designing and creating client engagements, this is the first Client Development role and as such you will be helping to shape how this is achieved at 1ovmany. You will be the first line support for our Consultant team to help create a great initial experience for potential clients.
What you’ll do
In this role you will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business transformation approaches, assisting in the development of tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
You will be working as part of the Agile Consultancy team using your knowledge of Agile to support a major Agile Transformation in the financial sector.
