About the role


This role will be part of 1ovmany’s growing Operations and Product team based in a fun and lively London office. You will work alongside the Operational Support and Digital Growth folk to create amazing customer experiences.

This is a perfect time to join the company as it grows and begins to formalise its customer experiences, creating the supporting capabilities and processes to scale and grow with future clients.

You will be helping the Operation and Digital team with requirements and improvements in how they engage with customers across all digital touch points. You will then be using the services and tools to engage with inbound and outbound client development opportunities. A key part of success in this role will be your ability to use modern digital tools and services to engage with customers in a modern and proactive manner, ultimately creating customer sales and ongoing customer opportunities.

You must be comfortable in designing and creating client engagements, this is the first Client Development role and as such you will be helping to shape how this is achieved at 1ovmany. You will be the first line support for our Consultant team to help create a great initial experience for potential clients.

What you’ll do


  • Lead our digital customer engagement design process, ensuring that each Product or service has a digital touch point that connects to our CRM and corresponding sales fulfilment process.
  • Work with Operations Support to design the sales fulfilment process for each product and service, then test, learn and improve internal operations.
  • Design the CRM process and approach with support from Operations and Digital Growth, ensuring that where possible the client engagements are optimised and automated to create amazing experiences.
  • Be the touch point for the online interaction with clients though a Chat bot.
  • Respond to customer requests for service, scope out opportunities and engage with the relevant consultants to support the sales process.
  • Lead tender and proposal processes with support from operations and consultancy team.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and reporting of sales success.
  • Support the Digital Growth team in proactively identifying opportunities for growth and sales opportunities. Engaging directly with potential clients that emerge from the process.

Requirements


  • A couple of years experience in an inside sales role, junior product manager, sales support or client success team would be an advantage
  • Good technical skills and comfortable working with technology solutions such as WordPress, HubSpot, Slack, or CRM/Web technology would be an advantage
  • Experience in consultancy, solutions sales or service organisations would be an advantage
  • A desire to learn and immerse yourself into your domain and become a subject matter expert. (We provide lots of training)
  • Driven by outcomes and enjoy working with Data and making data driven decisions.
