This role will be part of its growing Agile Consultancy team based in London working alongside its clients based all around the globe. The work is remote and they are helping some well known International brands transform their ways of working.

You will be working as part of the Agile Consultancy team using your knowledge of Agile to support a major Agile Transformation in the financial sector.

As a member of the consulting team you will aim high, embrace challenges and always do what’s right; acting with integrity and building trust as you contribute to the company’s strategic direction and long-term decision making.

You’ll be designing and running events like PI Planning, and working with senior leaders to learn and adopt Agile ways of working.

1ovmany will look to you to facilitate strong buy-in to Agile tools and methodologies from the community involved in transformation and other key business stakeholders to enrol people into new ways of working, and be the navigator for change.

Mentoring teams, to help focus on continuous improvements, and enhancing customer delivery.

• Mentoring teams, to help them to focus on continuous improvements, and enhancing customer delivery
• Supporting the set up of methodologies and tools within teams, such as sprint planning and PI Planning.
• Creation and management of metrics and reporting to allow the teams to monitor, identify and communicate progress.
• Supporting people moving into their new roles to help them adapt to using new processes and technologies.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to communicate and reaffirm Agile concepts and Product management ideals.

1ovmany are looking for someone with an in-depth understanding of multiple Agile frameworks and techniques, along with experience of being a scrum master or product owner.

Your background in coaching a number of Agile teams concurrently will also be key.

It’s beneficial if you can demonstrate competency in the below areas:

• Knowledge of empirical process control and/or system thinking
• How to use agile outside of software development.
• Experience in successfully improving Agility in a number of teams
• Knowledge of modern development practices and tools
• Experience of changing organisational, team, department mind-sets, culture and structure
• The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Experience of having worked in organisations that operate globally
• Financial services experience is advantageous.
