Support Administrator

To provide administrative support to the Head of Market Relations and Relationship Management team. The key focus of the role is the tracking and reporting of customer activities, creating MI, market communications using Powerpoint/ Word & Excel. The co-ordination and reporting of of market events. 11. Principal Accountabilities: 8-10 outcomes * Core function to support Head of Market Relations, including market communications and marketing materials * Researching and summarising customer and prospective customer backgrounds * Provide support for website updates, including usage numbers and participant lists * Using our shared knowledge to produce and maintain a ‘knowledge bank’ * CRM o Keeping contacts and contact details up to date o Running extracts (including company CEO lists and event attendees) o Tracking external appointments o Supporting Relationship Managers in ensuring all past appointments have notes in, discussion points ticked, and are ‘closed’ within a week of meeting being held o Run monthly MI of our appointments/demos, etc from CRM * Microsoft Teams Create and maintain one line customer summary list * Power Point Prepare presentations for customer meetings (to enable team to use a consistent approach across our companies) 12.
