Your tasks and responsibilities

• Project/Program Leadership: Lead SAP projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives, and translating them into SAP solutions.
• Scope Definition: Define project and program scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with the client and internal teams.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project and program plans, including resource allocation, schedules, and budgets.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risks effectively.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and in accordance with quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all SAP implementations meet the highest quality standards and are aligned with industry best practices.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keep all stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, informed about project progress and issues through regular status reports and meetings.
• Change Management: Oversee change management activities to minimize disruption and facilitate the adoption of SAP solutions within the client’s organization.
• Budget and Financial Management: Monitor project and program financials, track expenses, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support and ensure client satisfaction, addressing any post-go-live issues or enhancements.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7-8 years of project manager/product manager experience.
• Technical knowledge in CAR, FICO and PP
• Worked on S4 Hana Transformation
• Consultancy experience is a must.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in German (C1+ level) is mandatory.
