Key Responsibilities:
SAP Solution Design: Design, architect, and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring optimal system performance, reliability, and scalability.
System Integration: Collaborate with various departments to integrate SAP systems with other enterprise applications and platforms.
Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to SAP development and support teams, promoting best practices and ensuring adherence to SAP architectural standards.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and assess the performance of SAP systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations.
SAP Upgrades and Maintenance: Lead and oversee SAP system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities while minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations.
Security and Compliance: Ensure SAP systems are secure and compliant with industry standards, data protection regulations, and internal policies.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of SAP architecture, configurations, and processes.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with SAP vendors to assess new solutions, negotiate contracts, and stay updated on SAP trends and innovations.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues, working with technical support and end-users to address system challenges.
Qualifications:
- MUST Have a bachelor’s degree within Economics (Business), Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP retail modules implementation and customization, with a focus on client management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and retail modules is required.
- Technical Knowledge of other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, and FI/CO is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best work.
