Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of SAP consultants in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP systems for Retail and consumer goods clients.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP system design, configuration, and implementation best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders * Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems after implementation.
• Continuously improve and optimize SAP systems to enhance functionality, performance, and usability
• Provide leadership and mentorship to SAP team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementation and customization, with a focus on the automotive industry
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP system design, configuration, and implementation best practices
• Experience managing a team of SAP consultants.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules such as MM, PP, FI/CO and SD
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements.
• Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best work.
