The IT Business Analyst with a specialism in Marketing Automation is part of the IT Business Analysis team in the IT4Consumer organization of a large telecommunications firm. In this team we work together with business stakeholders and IT delivery teams using Agile methodology.
In this team you can experience the IT Business Analyst role as a true IT Business consultant. We rotate the assignments if desired. When you have done your magic, and you like to explore other challenges, other brands, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on other Business units within the company. We’ll make sure you will be placed on a new BA assignment within IT!
Your tasks and responsibilities as an IT Business Analyst are for example:
- Assisting business stakeholders in defining and pitching Epics with tangible business value.
- Delivering study of epics (Project, Initiative) by performing initial business analysis of requirements and the current IT landscape
- Designing fit-for-purpose solutions, taking into consideration the architecture vision, agile way of working, as well as privacy and security principles.
- Coordinating activities across DevOps teams and managing dependencies.
- Responsible for the implementation, deployment, and testing of technology systems and solutions.
- Championing the mindset changes necessary to achieve the desired business agility.
As an IT Business Analyst Marketing Automation you will design and facilitate a best-in-class customer 360 core, that enables marketing campaigns through all company channels, to deliver the best offer, through the right channel at the right time for all our customers. You have experience in IT solution designing in an omnichannel campaign environment with focus on Best-Next-Actions applications (AI/ML CRM) and campaigning tools that facilitate the inflow and outflow of large amounts of campaigning data.
You will be part of the Business Analysis team in the IT4Consumer department. In this vertical we service the B2C Business Line to get the best IT services. Our success is Their Success and the other way around. Specific Knowledge
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology preferably SAFE & DevOps
- Marketing Domain knowledge with a focus on campaigning
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts preferably within AWS
- Knowledge of data management, analytics and data science
Specific skills
- Working in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Skills and experience in designing applications for at least 1 of the IT telecommunication domains
- Skills and experience in software development and engineering (desirable, not mandatory)
- Communication skills, such as persuasion, effective communication with peers and stakeholders
- Presentations for management and stakeholders, both in creating content as well as presenting
- Budgeting and cost estimations
- Experience in relation to campaigning, marketing technology and cloud (AWS)
