Position Overview:

The Deployment Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the rollout of software solutions across the organisation. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure seamless integration and optimisation of systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven track record in deploying complex software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment of software solutions, focusing on SAP or MS Dynamics 365, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in software implementation and rollout.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP or MS Dynamics 365.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
