Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support the implementation of various business and technology projects across the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure their understanding and buy-in to change initiatives. Foster open communication channels to address concerns and facilitate the adoption of changes.
- Impact Assessment: Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes to determine potential risks, benefits, and dependencies. Provide recommendations for mitigation and contingency plans.
- Change Planning: Develop detailed change plans outlining timelines, resources, and communication strategies. Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Communication and Training: Design and deliver clear and effective communication materials, including emails, presentations, and FAQs, to facilitate understanding and acceptance of changes. Coordinate and deliver training sessions as needed.
- Change Execution: Oversee the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with the change management strategy. Monitor progress and address any roadblocks or issues that arise during the implementation process.
- Change Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of change efforts by gathering feedback, measuring outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to refine change management approaches for future projects.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and resistance to change and proactively develop plans to mitigate challenges. Implement change risk assessments and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure that all change initiatives comply with relevant industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in change management and recommend enhancements to internal change processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Change Manager within the financial services industry, preferably in banking, insurance, or investment services.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and manage risks effectively.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple change initiatives simultaneously.
