Ashleigh was nearly a forensic scientist, all set for a life of analysis, before she realised she was more a people than a lab person. She has combined her love of data based experiments, creativity and people to head up numerous marketing departments. With an understanding of the complexities of developing a standout, modern recruitment brand, Ashleigh has the experience, vision and track record of delivering growth through large scale digitisation and automation programmes of work and commercial marketing. She has 17 years’ marketing experience, working in startups and corporates…. Ashleigh co-launched one of the earliest UK digital recruitment platforms focusing on the marketing sector, which sold to Centaur Media… was part of the team that launched the Hiscox Direct insurance brand into the UK market… helped a Recruitment Process Outsourcer grow and exit… and managed a marketing consultancy. She holds Chartered Institute of Marketing post-grad diploma, and BSc in Human Biology from Kings College London.
