IT Project Manager

Currently seeking a skilled IT Project Manager with experience in managing life science projects to join their team in Denmark and/or Sweden.

Position Overview:

As an IT Project Manager at Epista, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of IT projects within the life sciences industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality and compliance experts, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess technical understanding, commercial knowledge, and hands-on experience with testing and validation processes within the life sciences domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate and communicate with team members, ensuring alignment on project objectives and milestones
  • Facilitate effective collaboration and communication between cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences)
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the life sciences industry
  • Commercial knowledge and ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Danish and/or Swedish is highly desirable.
