Scrum Master
Contribute to continuous development and learning of the development team to ensure maximum value for the organization. To stimulate the teams to tackle obstacle and stimulate personal and team growth.
Support Product Owners
• To guide teams without taking the lead. Stimulating self-organization and autonomous decision making within the teams
• Plan, lead meetings, stan-ups, retrospectives, and other Scrum events
• Share knowledge of SAFe and agile principles to coach a team and business and optimize the practice
• Facilitate development and collaboration between teams
• Convey complex issues in understandable fashion for technical as well as non-technical stakeholders
• Coordinate various tasks, stakeholders, and obstacles within the organization. To be successful you have strong planning and organizational competences
• Identifying problems and coming up with creative solutions to help the teams concur obstacles
• Adjust to changing circumstances and assist the team in adapting to adjustments in goals and scope
• Support Product Owners in defining clear goals and well-formulated backlog items
• Operational effectivity, output, team satisfaction, agile development
By fulfilling these roles and responsibilities, the Enterprise Architect will ensure that the public transport operator’s technology landscape is robust, efficient, and aligned with its strategic goals, thereby enhancing overall operational effectiveness and service delivery.
• Proven track record with data driven product development.
• Experience with realizing revenue <> cost planning, platform, and user economics, gluing those unto Epics, Stories and breaking down into (financial) story points.
• Experience with customer journey, micro-moment mapping.
• Experience with R&D agile methodologies
• Experience with Data analytics, Experience with BI, reporting and analytics is preferred
• Experience within R&D and IT – a must!
• Specific depth (expertise/knowledge/education) within a certain field or domain within the Mobility Sector or Domains is preferred.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence en Office-applicaties
• University Degree or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and power user of office tools
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• “Can Do” mentality!
