Responsibilities


As a Process Analyst within the IT PMO you report to the Director PMO and are responsible for analyzing business and IT processes to provide insights on how these currently work and integrate, in order to advise on how they can be improved becoming more simple, lean and efficient. You will be mainly working on streamlining the customer support processes and on designing and revamping the new Transdev application landscape.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Drive operational efficiency
  • Have clear understanding and interaction with decision makers in and outside of the Department
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand and document the vast Transdev processes
  • Understand the business issues and process challenges of client’s organisation and industry and recognise patterns and solutions in mitigating these.

What skills do you need?


Transdev are looking for an analytical thinker who knows when to take a helicopter view. You are someone who is organised, efficient and able to work unsupervised under your own initiative. You have a strong personality and are not afraid to take difficult decisions.

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly skilled in analysis and design
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills Experience in IT and SW development organisations
  • Experience in handling customer service and support processes
  • Lean Six Sigma certification – A Plus
  • “Can Do” mentality.
