Jess joined Venquis in 2023 as a Delivery Consultant, working across the Netherlands market. It wasn’t long before her potential was recognised, and she transitioned into an Internal Talent Acquisition role—supporting the Head of People with screening, interviewing, and hiring for internal roles.

Now a key part of the People Team, Jess plays an important role in aligning business goals with employee needs. She works closely with leaders, teams, and stakeholders to foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and support talent management and internal recruitment.
