Roles & Responsibilities:

UK & Europe experience is expected along with an entrepreneurial drive to effectively lead a team of high performing professionals. The role will be responsible for achieving the assigned annual revenue quota by actively managing the client relationship. This includes:

  • 12-15 years of advisory/consulting experience across risk, compliance, finance/product control, operations and technology related transformation (re-engineering, process improvement, automation) engagements, of which at least 5-7years experience (within last 10 years) is within the Banking Capital Markets domain "Investment Banking"
  • Deep knowledge of global investment banking businesses and complex front to back business and risk processes
  • Extensive experience of business development and leading big engagements
  • Experience of managing & leading teams including recruitment, solutioning, project delivery
  • Experience of working on Banking and / or Capital Markets practice in domains such as Trading, Risk, Operations, Asset Management, Product Control, etc.
  • High level of self-confidence and strong people skills
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom Polished and assertive communication style, both in speech and writing
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to clients, and be chargeable and utilized
  • Ability to drive transformation agenda for the customer
  • Consulting partner/relationship with senior executives in the customer landscape.
  • Develop specific sales plans for each account so they can maintain business and where possible, increase the sales volume
  • Work to increase revenue by identifying additional products to complement what is currently sold to the existing customer base
  • Change the sales approach or solution to accommodate customer versus force fitting solutions to an existing model
  • Understand the financial impact of developments on the industry and company
  • Be the "Executive face" and solicit ongoing feedback
  • Drive the creation and execution of strategic account plans; with internal teams for assigned accounts to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Continuously keep track of client needs, gauge client satisfaction and expand client contacts
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders and team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to your customers
  • Periodically spend time at delivery locations to maintain close contact with operations
