" INSURANCE PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST ***


The role
This role is responsible for supporting the business to run as efficiently and effectively as possible by driving opportunities for improvement. This area continues to be a visible and key function in pushing our business forward.

Key responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for driving process improvement ideas forward, designing a solution, agreeing with the business, identifying any IT changes required, managing the change into the business and evaluating its business benefits
  • Looking at the business using Lean techniques to ensure we deliver the best client value and reduce waste
  • Dealing with complex queries from the business and using them as a way to improve service
  • Communicating with the business on service improvements in their area
  • Agreement of any processes that need to be outsourced to third parties
  • Demonstrating service excellence in response to process queries and service improvement ideas


Key requirements

  • Ideally a graduate with minimum of two A levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above
  • Ideally experience of how the general insurance industry operates
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Some knowledge of Lean techniques is preferred, although not essential
  • Strong communication, relationship management and influencing skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
