A vacancy exists for a Senior Service Owner
Has responsibility for IT delivery within a well-defined functional area that requires domain specific subject matter expertise. Has accountability for leading the team and managing the overall quality of service. Has responsibility for the availability and business continuity, works with end users and vendors to maintain and improve the service. Ensures compliance to IT Service Management processes and procedures.
