Job Description


Working for a leading Specialist Insurance Company based in the city, My client is looking for a Project Manager with extensive Merger and Acquisition experience across both business and IT based projects in the insurance market.


Responsibilities:

  • Planning and designing the project and proactively monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action
  • Managing the project's budget, monitoring the expenditures and costs against benefits that are realised as the project progresses
  • Ensure that the delivery of new products or services from the project meets project requirements and is to the appropriate quality, on time and within budget


Technical Skills:

  • Prince 2 Practitioner
  • 5+ years PM experience
  • Proven and demonstrable track record in driving delivery of M&A projects, from both an IT and business integration view point- MUST
  • Strong capability in budget management and change management
  • Insurance Experience
