A leading Rail company in London are looking for a Project Manager to work as part of their Customer Experience leadership team.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing the current model of front line customer experience delivery and leading transformation projects.
Key skills / experience:
- Extensive experience of dealing with and negotiating with trade unions
- Strong knowledge and understanding of station operations
- Commercially astute, with the ability to lead and build effective relationships
- Confident dealing with railway operations, working in frontline customer experience
Salary - Up to £55k plus benefits
Contract - 18 months
Start date - ASAP (interviews next week)
