Project Manager - IT Change - Process Improvement - Global - System Configuration - Agile
My client is a well established insurance broker looking for a technical Project Manager to help with a system implementation.
The ideal candidate will have hands on Project Management experience within the insurance market and have experience turning around failing projects.
- Delivering operations, risk, organisational change and IT application projects within an insurance or broking environment (ESSENTIAL)
- Managing a project team of up to 15 resources
- Negotiating with all parts of an organisation in order to secure resource and/or budget, meet deadlines, attain approvals, embed process and manage conflicts
- Facilitation of project meetings; internal and third parties, including online/conference calls
- Process mapping, lean methodology and operational improvement implementation
- Use of MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to an advanced level
- Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall environments
