My client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Cambridge, are looking for someone to work with the Change Manager in preparation for project audits. The sucessful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of PMO documentation and for governing and giving updates to the project process. The successful candidate will be working with the Change Manager in the implementation and continual improvement of the Project Process across the entire organisation. The PMO lead will be responsible for overseeing governance across all the different main divisions of the business.
The successful candidate will be supporting the change function through governance and administration of project reporting, as well as through appropriate reporting across projects within the organisation.
The candidate will be assisting in the development of quality assurance monitoring and controls to ensure adherence & usage of the client's project processes and methodologies.
- Recent experience working in a pharmaceutical company
- Track record of ensuring strong governance in project management within said pharmaceutical company.
Having worked in a pharmaceutical company is a must. For this role, I will only be considering CVs with a strong background in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industries.
