Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Insurance - UK / Europe

  • Manage reporting and governance cadence for the Insurance vertical in UK geo including
  • Assist the Head of Insurance - UK / Europe in Business planning as well as to identify, prioritize and implement key strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Lead / co-ordinate market research and analysis initiatives to assist the Insurance - UK / Europe senior leadership team to

Supporting UK / Europe Geography

  • Co-ordination with the various Business leads in the UK / Europe Geo
  • Assist the Head of UK / Europe Geo to identify, prioritize and plan for implementation of strategic and other major initiatives for the Business enabling functions in the UK / Europe geography
  • Manage reporting and governance cadence for the Insurance vertical in UK geo including


  • Minimum two year commitment to the role that would prepare the incumbent for management roles
  • Educational qualifications - MBA or a first class business or finance related degree
  • Candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in at least one the below areas
    • Business Strategy / Analysis
    • Consulting
    • Market Research / Analysis / Intelligence
    • Program / Project Management
    • Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant or similar roles
  • Previous insurance industry experience whilst not essential is advantageous
