Programme Manager - HR - Business Operations - People Change - Benefits - Location Strategy - HR Transformation - Insurance
An insurance client based in the city is looking for a Programme Manager to work on a large scale HR Transformation. This role will report directly into the Head of HR and HR Director.
Ideal person will come from a HR Programme Management background working on the business and operation side of HR - people, location, benefits, rewards.
- Seasoned Programme Manager with strong HR Programme Management Experience
- Experience must come from a business and operational perspective - this is not a HR Systems role
- Must be able to evidence experience of hamonising HR benefits and principles
- Ideally experience working on HR Transformation at the back of a Business Integration
- Insurance or Financial Services experience. Will consider other sectors for a strong HR Programme Manager
- Must be available to start before the middle of November
