*** HR System Implementation Manager ***
Lead all HR activity relating to the implementation of a new HR System, providing professional and comprehensive advice to the business in delivering, on an end to end basis, a Tier 1 HR system globally. Work closely with the Project Manager , local HR SMEs, relevant stakeholders across the business and where appropriate with the chosen technology provider and implementation partner.
- Must have managed a global roll-out of a HRIS end to end system, including fully integrated payroll and benefits solution.
- Proven experience of delivering a Tier 1 solution - ideally SuccessFactors or Workday.
- Demonstrate experience and proficiency of HR requirements, processes and systems, as part one or more global HR Transformation programmes.
