A Council based in London are looking for a HR Project Manager to lead a restructure for Public Health.
As the HR PM, you will support the Senior Management Team to engage with staff before, during and after formal consultation. Throughout the restructure you will be a key contact for staff and support the implementation of the new staffing structures and ways of working.
This role is inside IR35
Day rate - £250-£300
Contract length - 6 months initial
Start date - 4th September
Location - Central London
Key skills and experience:
- Must have a practical understanding and experience in Key HR processes and practices in relation to restructuring teams within large organisations.
- Strong database management skills and be able to structure and populate staff database information.
- Experience of major change projects in complex organisations and have a strong understanding of project management best practice.
- Be able to lead by example in embedding the council's values and behaviours, working collaboratively with colleagues, partners and other stakeholders.
