Job Description

For one of our retail analytics clients in Munich we are currently searching for a Russian-speaking Head of Client Development.



  • Deliver consulting projects within the retail industry, helping clients to materialise business value.
  • Lead and grow client relationships to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Take responsibility for client profit & Loss, setting standards and defining account business propositions.
  • Use data analytics to determine actionable insights to create value to the business,
  • Set up an onsite office in Russia - location tbc.
  • Define up-selling opportunities and lead business development initiatives to grow cooperation with existing clients.
  • Act as an interface contact person between the Munich HQ and Russian consulting team.



  • Completed degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ year work experience ideally in a consulting environment with extensive knowledge of the retail / consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical competencies as well as a strong interest in new technologies.
  • Business fluency in Russian and English.
  • (Project) management experience of at least 5 people.
