My client is seeking a Head of Change Management to take over an existing team of Project Managers and Business Analysts to lead change activity. The team is responsible for end to end change management delivery including; business process, cultural, regulatory and data change activities.
The role will also hold responsibility for innovation and the exploration of new technologies and ways of working to be used by the business.
The client is keen to secure an innovative and knowledgeable change practitioner and as a result NO PREVIOUS insurance experience is required.
