eCommerce Service Delivery Analyst - eCommerce - Fashion Retailer - £200p/day - London
My client, who is a leading fashion retailer in London, is currently looking for an eCommerce Service Delivery Analyst to support a number of exciting eCommerce projects.
You will be responsible for owning and driving all issues from logging through to resolution. This will involve working with multiple 3rd parties across different locations. The eCommerce Service Delivery Analyst must be able to manage a high workload and proactively keep all stakeholders up to date on progress.
Skills and Experience required:
- Around 2/3 years experience as a Service Delivery Analyst
- Strong eCommerce experience
- Retail background
- Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills
- Team player - strong character
- Retail experience
