Application Developer / .Net Developer

Responsibilities:

Developing changes in accordance with specifications from business analysts and business users.
Working with business analysts and business users to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Ensuring that solutions are of high quality, to standards and delivered on time
Working in adherence to, and contributing to development of, robust and well documented procedures and standards to support organised, coherent, efficient, high quality product deliveries, including:
- Coding
- Code management
- Release management
- Unit Testing
- Documentation
Assessment of new development tools and technologies for adoption by the team.

Additional information / required experience, knowledge and qualifications:

Degree in technical discipline preferred
Solid commercial experience (3 years+) developing applications, exposure to Finance and Asset Management preferred, but not essential
Advanced knowledge and hands on experience of MS .net application development technology stack and associated design patterns c# .net, ASP.net, MVC
In-depth knowledge of MSSQL server and T-SQL
Good organisational skills

Experience (or ability to learn quickly) of the following technologies is advantageous
