Customer Analytical Consultant - Retail - Zaandam, Netherlands - up to 65000 Euros
I am working with a leading provider in software and services to the retail market!
This role is to represent the companies insight tools and analytical capabilities and turn customer insights into actions. Support day to day category management process by answering business questions, contributing to category planning and evaluating category customer performance.
This is an onsite role, you will provide outstanding professionalism, discretion and expertise in category management.
Expected to build robust, long lasting relationships with the client at all levels of the business and across functions
·Deliver analysis that is timely, accurate, insightful and actionable an d closely matched to client needs
· Present outcomes of (your) analysis via effective well- structured presentations with clear recommendations
· (With minimal guidance) translate customer insights into easy to understand actions to support better front-line decision-making.
· Work collaboratively with (global) colleagues to share knowledge and drive forward analytical solutions
· Champion the integration of customer insights within overall category management
· Work with Sales Insight Sharing coach to help suppliers integrate customer insight from the company tools into category plans for te client
· Collaborating with analytical and occasionally software development colleagues to build and improve technical solutions to assortment
