Our client is an omni-channel solution provider – allowing their global, multi-sector clients to engage their customers on through online/ E-chat support systems, personalized content, and other automated tools to improving customer experience, increased revenue and reduced support costs.
For their Munich office we are currently searching for a Client Service Manager.
- 3+ years experience in a relevant field
- Strong account management skills. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple accounts across both Spain and Germany
- Consultative profile as well as an analytical mind-set
- Business fluent Spanish, German and English
- Experience in one or more of the following topics: web analytics, digital landscape, digital marketing, customer journey, contact centre, self-service or online chat services.
- The role will include an average of 1-2 days travel per week, with home office also available.
