*Change Manager - Office Relocation - Contract - £Up to 400 per day - Leading Local Authority - Central London - 3 Months*
My Client, a leading Central London local authority, is looking for an experienced Interim Change Manager with office relocation experience - relocation of staff - initially a 3 month contract.
The ideal Change Manager will be able to engage with large groups of people and work with the office champions and thus be equipped in people and culture change. They must be very hands on and have a past record on the delievery side of similar decants and recants. Local authority experience would be useful also
Key responsibilities for the role:
- To lead the newly established corporate Change Network, a network of 80 change champions and change advocates across the council who lead on change within departments
- To lead the corporate change for the council's Programme - a design and build programme and re-location of staff.
- To work to Executive Directors as appropriate to develop robust and credible change plans to support future corporate transformation priorities
The successful candidate will be operating and managing relationships across all levels of the organisation.This role will design and deliver the councils change management approach, including managing the impact of change across the organisation, mitigating associated risks and assist in delivering the change programme to support cross council transformation.
