CRM Business Analyst required by leading global London-based fund management company (CRM, BA, Business Analyst, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, fund manager, fund management, asset manager, asset management, investment manager, investment management)
This is a permanent role. This role will involve a combination of business and IT projects, bringing together the capabilities of distributions services within the company. Primarily it will involving implementing MS Dynamics, with further projects after that.
This is looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with the various business departments and to examine existing business operating models, business processes and flows of data. You will discuss your findings with all stakeholders and then assist in the design of improved Operational and IT solutions.
You will be required to effectively draw out business requirements from SMEs and communicate back to the various stakeholders, managing Senior Business stakeholder expectations.
The documentation required will align with the Agile project methodology including the following key artefacts: Epics, User Stories, Tasks (and where required a BRD and FSD). Being able to present proposed design solutions to stakeholders they will, once approved, work closely with the project team to implement them.
- Good business analysis experience
- Financial services experience
- Good CRM experience (must have delivered a CRM solution
- Good communication skills and good academics
- Working knowledge or delivery of MS Dynamics 2016 or 365 CRM solutions
- Working with an Agile delivery methodology
- Producing Epic Stories / User Stories / Use Cases / Tasks
