**1st/2nd/3rd LINE SUPPORT** **SERVICE DESK ANALYST**

**INSURANCE INDUSTRY** **LONDON** **PERMANENT**

Looking for a Technical Service Desk Analyst with recent experience of basic Networking, Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow, MS Office 365 and providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line support. Please note - This is a permanent position based in London and will require some travel to other UK offices once/twice a month (all expenses paid for).

Role: Technical Service Desk Analyst

Type: Permanent

Annual Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus Benefits, Bonus and Overtime

Location base: London

Start date: June 2020

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Technical Service Desk Analyst

- Strong 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support experience

- Excellent working knowledge and use of Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow, MS office 365 and basic Networking experience

- Experience supporting organisations with a minimum of 300 users

- Strong communication and time management skills

- Working in Insurance and ITIL is also nice to have.
