A well-established insurance client of mine is urgently seeking an experienced Service Support Analyst to Support the Service Manager in the day to day running of business as usual operations which includes the following:

  • Ensuring effective operation of the client
  • Managing a Service aligned to ITIL disciplines: including:
    • Incident / Crisis Management
    • Problem Management
    • Availability Management
    • Service Level Management
    • Capacity / Performance Management
    • Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery
    • Security Management
    • E non-functional change requests
      Ensuring Supplier adherence to security standards (e.g. ISO27001, ISAE3402, SSAE16, SOC2)


Skills & Knowledge

ITIL Foundation V3
Background in insurance, preferably with an understanding of the placing process
Good analytic skills and attention to detail.
Great communication skills / personable and flexible
Good understanding of service delivery (particularly incident & problem management)
Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
Good infrastructure knowledge and Strong vendor management skills
Experience of writing functional and non-functional change requests

Insurance experience is a must
