A well-established insurance client is seeking an experienced Service Support Analyst to Support the Service Manager in the day to day running of business as usual operations which includes the following:

  • Ensuring effective operation of the client
  • Managing a Service aligned toITIL disciplines: including:
    • Incident / Crisis Management
    • Problem Management
    • Availability Management
    • Service Level Management
    • Capacity / Performance Management
    • Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery
    • Security Management
    • E non-functional change requests
      Ensuring Supplier adherence to security standards (e.g. ISO27001, ISAE3402, SSAE16, SOC2)


Skills & Knowledge

  • ITIL Foundation V3
  • Background in insurance, preferably with an understanding of the placing process
  • Good analytic skills and attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills / personable and flexible
  • Good understanding of service delivery (particularly incident & problem management)
  • Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Good infrastructure knowledge and Strong vendor management skills
  • Experience of writing functional and non-functional change requests

Insurance experience is a must
