**SERVICE DESK COORDINATOR** **LLOYD'S INSURANCE MARKET** **CONTRACT** **LONDON**
My client is currently looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to join their team in London on a long term contract basis (6 months initial). This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy being part of a corporate helpdesk and deal with incoming queries and producing Excel spreadsheets (V-Lookups / Pivot Tables).
The Service Desk Coordinator will be liaising daily with key stakeholders, clients, software partners and all internal teams. Key responsibilities will include to assist with the execution of comprehensive onboarding action plans, and perform various coordinating tasks and administrative duties.
MUST have ALL the requirements below:
- Lloyd's Insurance Market experience
- Strong demonstrable Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot tables / V-Lookups)
- Worked as part of a corporate helpdesk managing incoming queries, triage and updating CRM systems
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal) to all levels of key stakeholders across the business.
