As a Strategic Technology Consultant, you will play a vital role in collaborating closely with case team members to evaluate and mentor clients’ IT teams. Your responsibilities will involve crafting effective IT strategies and architecture solutions, leveraging your technical expertise while considering the business context. As you gain experience, you will take ownership of delivering specific project modules and contribute to the development of technical concepts for those modules. This role involves working on diverse technology topics and solving strategic technology challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with case team members to assess clients’ IT teams and provide guidance to enhance their capabilities.
• Define comprehensive IT strategies and innovative architecture solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives.
• Utilise your technical knowledge to address complex IT challenges, conduct code reviews, and perform technical proofs of concept.
• Work on various technology topics and engage in strategic technology consulting projects.
• Engage in cloud technologies and cloud infrastructure design, with experience on AWS, Azure, GCP platforms.
• Analyse IT application landscapes in detail and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution and delivery of IT projects.

Qualifications:

• 3-10 years of hands-on experience in cloud technologies or cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing data platforms and pipelines on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Prior experience in consulting/strategy is highly desirable.
• Strong background in technical architecture, including code reviews and leading technical proofs of concept.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in analysing complex IT application landscapes and proposing effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
