Our client, a leading management consultancy, has built a department specialised in supporting insurance companies with their digital-readiness assessments.
As a Senior Analyst you will work closely with an internally developed benchmarking tool, helping companies assess and improve their IT cost efficiency and providing insights into cloud, data & analytics, end-user computing to help give clients a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct original analysis and respond to benchmark-related inquiries.
- Engage with case teams and clients through various communication channels.
- Analyse data sets and connect findings to industry trends.
- Solve problems independently and persistently.
- Collaborate with a global, virtual team, maintaining attention to detail.
- Propose solutions with available information and seek input from others.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Mathematics, Business Administration, or Economics with high academic achievement.
- Experience in IT consulting or the insurance industry, particularly in IT controlling or IT strategy.
- Benchmarking / IT cost-assessment experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with stakeholders.
- Flexible, curious, and innovative mindset.
- Fluent in German and English. Other languages a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
