Job Description:
My client is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant/Developer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be working on projects and providing technical expertise to clients in various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical solutions to meet those needs
- Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions using various technologies
- Lead and manage a small team of developers
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development
- Strong technical skills in either C# and/or Java
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
