Job Title: SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: Vienna, Austria
Job Type: Full-time
- Conduct business requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their HR processes and needs.
- Develop and present SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet the client’s business requirements.
- Configure and test SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance and Goals, Succession and Development, and Compensation.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and support post-implementation activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance and Goals, Succession and Development, and Compensation.
- Experience with SAP HCM or SAP ERP is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in German and English languages is a must.
