Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant who is fluent in German to join our dynamic team. As a SAP S/4HANA Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP solutions for our clients. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and proficiency in German will be essential in understanding and meeting our clients’ business needs and requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Lead and contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

2. Requirements Analysis: Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for SAP S/4HANA configurations and customizations.

3. Customization and Configuration: Customize SAP S/4HANA modules to align with client requirements. Configure system settings, perform data migrations, and develop necessary enhancements to optimize system performance.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Plan, execute, and oversee comprehensive testing procedures, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Identify and resolve any issues or defects that arise during testing phases.

5. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configuration, processes, and solutions. Develop user manuals and training materials as necessary to support end-users.

6. Training and Support: Provide training sessions to end-users and client teams, ensuring they can effectively use and maintain the SAP S/4HANA system. Offer ongoing support and address any post-implementation issues.

7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA features, best practices, and industry trends. Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and functionality.

8. Client Relationship: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing expert advice and guidance on SAP S/4HANA solutions.

9. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution and successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong experience (3+ years) as a SAP consultant with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration.
• Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken German is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, functions, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with full project lifecycle implementations, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA modules to meet unique business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• SAP certifications in relevant areas are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility to travel as needed for client engagements.
