Role objectives:

To be involved with SAP FI/CO projects. To also lead and grow a team of SAP Consultants (Focus on FI/CO). This would not only be technical leadership, but also people leadership (looking at the individual’s development plans etc) and hiring new members of staff.

Skill Set Requirements

• Extensive knowledge on SAP Technologies and Process consulting (particularly within S/4 HANA) – 10+ Years’ experience
• Candidates need experience in external consulting
• Candidates can bring cross industry knowledge – Banking/Finance industry not needed.
• Need fluent German and English
• Need to be able to travel to Zurich (for working in office and for interviews)
• Candidates will be managing a team (5-7 people) however do not need concrete team lead experience. Need to have proven experience managing people in projects.
• If the candidate only has inhouse experience, they need to have several proven, completed projects and be capable to be involved with Business Development
• Candidates must be EU resident / hold EU passport

Working Hours: 32,36,40 hours
