EA -PA - Executive Assistant - Personal Assistant - Sales Support - Excel Reporting - Research - Financial Services
An established insurance client based in the city is looking for a Project Support to support their sales teams with a combination of Administrative and Reporting support. Ideal person will come from a support role (EA/PA/Project Support) within financial services where they have directly supported sales teams.
- Administrative Support background working for C-Level Executives ideally within a sales function
- Ability to use Excel to gather and generate reports for sales data
- Proactive approach to working - able to support client research
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - used to dealing with senior management and internal and external clients
- Strong organisational skills - able to manage diaries, create documentation and presentations, take minutes in meetings
- Able to coordinate multiple moving parts effectively
