We are seeking an experienced Test Manager.

As a Test Manager, you will be representing their IT Test team among various stakeholders, both internally and externally. You would easily cooperate across boundaries, share your insights with the team on a regular basis and act proactively. Your main responsibilty is to coordinate and monitor the software testing processes and to micromanage test vendors.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement testing strategies and plans
Manage and mentor a team of test engineers
Review and provide feedback on testing artifacts such as test plans, test cases, and test reports
Ensure that testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle
Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve issues and defects
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
Ensure that testing is completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience as a Test Manager or similar role, with at least 3 years of experience leading or managing the testing process
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes (ISTQB or similar certificates are preferred)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
Proficiency in C# and Python
Experience using XML and .Net
Experience with version control systems such as GitHub and GitLab
