Technical responsibilities
- Provide application support for Brand specific Business Solutions (CRM, Job Management, etc)
- Capturing initial requirements for client bespoke development and working with the Business Solutions Manager to refine
- Updating documentation / knowledge base
Coordination and organisation
- Liaising with Vendors, Customers, and other departments to provide co-ordination for all issues and activities
- Maintaining local records of all equipment.
- Ensuring that all Activation and Service Restoration issues are escalated to the correct level with appropriate fix agencies
Administrative and reporting
- Asset management (incl. logistics) & software inventory
- Administration tasks including but not limited to service & product ordering, vendor invoice auditing and approval.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Experience in supporting Windows 10/11 and MS Office products, Lenovo, Dell, Toshiba and/or HP hardware (standard desktop, laptop, servers)
- Experience with MS Windows Server 2021/2016/2019
- Experience using service/help desk ticketing solution
Knowledge & Skills Preferred
- Azure / AWS Infrastructure support
- Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN)
- Experience in Unified communications and collaboration
- Cisco/Meraki experience is desirable
